Online Skill evaluations are administered Monday-Friday by appointment only. Students must provide the instructor with a copy of the course online certificate to be admitted in the evaluation.Failure to comply, will result in the student not able to be evaluated. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Evaluations are conducted at Heart 2 Heart CPR education located at the Antioch Business Center, 2755 Antioch Road suite 400 Cumming Ga. 30040. Take GA-400 to Pilgrim Mill Rd (exit 16).West on Pilgrim Mill Rd 2/10 mile. Right on Antioch Rd. Office building will be on the right. past the Chevron Station.
Evaluations cost $35.00 per person made payable by cash, check or Credit Card to Heart 2 Heart CPR Education. All American Heart Association classes are taught according to the American Heart Association’s new publication of the 2015 Emergency Cardiovascular Care Guideline standards.
